What we collect
- Quote form: what you submit (issue type, ZIP code, property type, details, name, phone, optional email).
- Phone calls: calls to our number go through WhatConverts, a call-tracking service. It may record your phone number, the time and length of the call, the call audio, and the page or source that led to your call.
- Website visits: the WhatConverts tracking script records the page URL, referrer and campaign parameters so calls and forms can be matched to their source. Our hosting provider records basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, for performance and security.
How we use it
To forward your request to an independent local contractor, to confirm and measure referrals, to respond to you, and to improve this site.
Sharing
Your form details and call information are shared with the independent contractor we refer you to so they can contact you about your project. We also share data with service providers needed to run the site, phone and form systems, such as WhatConverts and our host. We do not sell personal information.
Calls & texts
